High everyone, Ill make this short as could be. Reevaluating child support order by the courts decision. Mom is claiming there is additional 200 in daycare expenses. The calcular was filed by the state. I filed a motion disagreeing to the child care sosts for the child is 14 and he hasn't went to dayce since the state quit paying for it at the age of 12. The child told me when he quit going years ago. So in the motion with the form childcare verification form the judge granted my wishes and was ordered by him to exchange the information between us. I never recieved the form back filled ny the daycare. So informed the judge. Then the sate guy handed a copy to me. I said what is this. This isnt fair for the judge ordered us to exchange info. I cant investigate this I cant review it for we are in court right now. The other parent in the case isnt showing up for her advantages. The judge said I am responsible to support the child. I said I dont mind doing that. been doing it for 13 years and a 14,000 birth. Its the fact she is fluffing the calculator. I also had a email from the school stating he doessnt ride the bus to daycare like the rest of the children in the daycare. I asked the judge maybe he drives himself for he has a legal permit to drive. He also works part time at a bar that his family owns and is the french fryer guy in which i do not agree with.  In the verification form its states mom is charged wither the child is there or not. So is the daycare ust covering for her. Im sure they been friends for 16 years. Judge also said since youy dont want to suppor your child i will just set it for trial and you can pay what he says fit.
