The Kansas Legislature has passed HB 2568 which make Major Changes to Family Law

This will effect Many of the debates and complaints discussed on this site by clarifying and unifying the laws and how the Courts must interpret them.

Thanks for the update KTM. Just looking through that bill, it doesn't look like anything major has changed. Things like using the child support guidelines and filing a DRA and worksheet with a motion are already being done. Are there certain details you think will impact everyone?
