This site is authored by Ray Lautenschlager.  Ray strongly supports the state-wide and nation-wide efforts to remove gender bias from the current laws.  His website is a wonderful resource for those looking to gain some knowledge on exactly what will be required to change our current laws.  Ray will also be assisting Kansas in changing laws as well.
