I believe it would be frowned upon to directly contact any of the board members, however there is a liaison appointed to forward any communications directly to the board.  If you visit http://www.kscourts.org/Rules-procedures-forms/Child-support-guidelines and use the contact links to request information, you should receive a prompt response.  All information the board uses to make their decisions, and all meeting minutes are public domain.  Simply ask and you shall receive.
