Title: Court of Appeals - Matthew Merril vs. Nancy Jadlow
Post by: Guru on July 07, 2012, 01:03:17 PM
For anyone doubting the level of corruption and under-the-table dealings involved in the case management process, please read this entire article thoroughly.  If you are involved in case management, you can and should refer to this syllabus by the court.  It is greatly disturbing, the level of obvious corruption and back scratching going on with judges and case managers.

This case deals with Patrick Nichols, case manager in Douglas County, and judge Jean Shepherd, retired in January 2011, and judge Kay Huff.  Ironically, judge Shepherd retired in January 2011.  Here's a quick news brief - http://www.orgsites.com/ks/douglascountycasa/BriefNewsletterJanFeb11.pdf (http://www.orgsites.com/ks/douglascountycasa/BriefNewsletterJanFeb11.pdf).  Also, here is a short clip about judge Huff - http://www2.ljworld.com/videos/2011/jan/15/33906/ (http://www2.ljworld.com/videos/2011/jan/15/33906/) Apparently judge Huff just started in January 2011 and what a way to start with an order reversed completely by the appellate court.

If you have any experience with judge Kay Huff, case manager Patrick Nichols, or judge Jean Shepherd, we can all benefit from hearing your story.
