For anyone doubting the level of corruption and under-the-table dealings involved in the case management process, please read this entire article thoroughly. If you are involved in case management, you can and should refer to this syllabus by the court. It is greatly disturbing, the level of obvious corruption and back scratching going on with judges and case managers.

This case deals with Patrick Nichols, case manager in Douglas County, and judge Jean Shepherd, retired in January 2011, and judge Kay Huff. Ironically, judge Shepherd retired in January 2011.
