This letter was delivered to the committee by Brian Mull in July 2010. A few different topics are covered:
1.) actual costs involved in shared residency
2.) allowing case managers or limited case managers to recommend on issues of child support
3.) including bonuses as income
4.) making raises retroactive in determining child support (back child support). This issue is such BS it isn't even funny.
5.) which parent should be in charge of expenses in shared custody situations
Please read and comment. Especially those who think these values are incorrect, we would like to hear from you.
