Mr. Mull's December 2010 Letter to the committee.  Below is the forward and table of contents for the document so you can get a feel for what is contained here.

    Forward:
Previously two letters have been sent to the Kansas child  support advisory committee.  One titled  “Actual costs in Shared Custody,” [ref. 2] and the other, “Shared Custody – A Fair Approach”  [ref.4].  Both  documents are included in the electronic delivery of this letter because these  data are utilized and referenced in the context of this letter.

In reference 4 I stated that an 80% adjustment was the most  appropriate and fit best with the data and mathematical basis.  This document provides the mathematical  substantiation for this value and offers the committee the methods to derive an  appropriate amount.
