I respect this page is more for getting fair support and visitation.  But I am unhappy.  As I go to the courthouse to file more medical, interest, request weekend jail order or refer case to the DA for criminal contempt KSA 21-5606.  I was advised the interest wasn't done correctly, Johnson County has done away with weekend jail order and even though its a state statute, it doesn't meet our DA's criteria for criminal contempt.  The will be implementing a new program in replace of the weekend jail order but it's not done yet.  I'm tired of him playing the system.  And they won't allow the order to continue for future interest.  I can't force him to love, care and be there for his child, but he is ordered to help financially, what's the problem?
