May, 2012 - The newest child support calculator (version 6.3) has been released to support the latest administrative order (261). Be advised that although the kscourts.org website states there were technical errors, the truth is there are far more changes which extend much further than just "corrections." Read some of our posts to understand what the changes are.

March, 2012 - Newly revised child support guidelines have been released as part of Administrative Order 261. The new guidelines contain a number of changes to the shared residency formula and also a new form for shared residency. These new changes were not announced to the public and there are no meeting minutes available yet.
